“海运订舱网”近期接MSC（地中海航运）通知，对于去英国所有港口的海产品和动物制品，需严格按以下规定执行，请客户务必遵守。如因违反当地规定而产生的额外费用及风险应由发货人或订舱代理承担。

具体规定如下：

MSC Announcement -- Important Notification For Animal Origin Product and Seafood to UK Ports

Dear valued clients,

This is served to inform you the new restrictions for the import of animal and  seafood origin to all UK port：

对于去英国所有港口的海产品和动物制品，请注意以下新规则：

For animal/seafood origin, you should send below required documents to CN177-VETCER@msc.comwithin one week after vessel departure.

对于动物制品或海产品，请务必在船开后一周内把以下文件发送至CN177-VETCER@msc.com。

Copy of health certificate for the destination country目的港国家健康证书的复印件

Copies of any commercial documents that are available(bill of lading & invoice/packing list) 商业文件的复印件（提单/发票/装箱单）

Animal Origin Only: Original relevant EU Animal Health Transit certificate 仅对于动物制品：原始的欧盟动物健康运输证书

For non-animal/seafood origin, please provide a full manifest cargo description that is clear they are not of animal/seafood origin; incomplete / unclear descriptions are causing non-animal/seafood products to be placed on Port Health hold until commercial documentation can be provided, thus causing unnecessary delays & charges that are easily avoided with a full, clear cargo description.

对于非动物制品或海产品，请在舱单上提供完整的货物描述以充分说明非动物制品或海产品。不完整或者不清晰的的描述可能会招致额外的检查及补充文件要求，并造成不必要的延误和费用。

This is served to draw your attention to strictly comply with above regulation. Any extra costs/risks that might occur due to violation will be on account of shipper/booking agent.
