The statement on reaffirming no bookings and shipments of whales, sharks and related products

To whom it may concern,

 As one of the worlds largest liner companies, COSCO SHIPPING Lines has been taking effective measures to avoid negative impacts on the environment and taking a positive role in environmental activities including coordinating with stakeholders in relevant regions and communities to contribute to sustainable development of the society and environment.

In consideration of the fact that the amount of whales and sharks is decreasing rapidly, we reaffirm our commitment of not receiving bookings and shipments of whales, sharks and related products in a way to protect marine ecosystem.
