With the end of grace period, EU Customs has reinforced the ICS2declaration on import shipment. Recently we have received cases that thedeclaration rejected by EU Customs due to the unacceptable description added.

随着欧盟ICS2申报过渡期的结束，欧盟海关已全面加强对进口货物申报信息的审核力度。近期我司收到大量由于申报时仅提供笼统商品名称被欧盟海关拒绝的案例。

This is to alert you that full detailed company/commodity shall beshown on B/L to avoid any potential risks on delay or refusal of shipment etc.General cargo is unaccepted to declare as commodity name individually, hereattached with ban list just for your easy reference.

为避免因提单补料问题导致清关延误或欧盟海关拒绝装运、禁止入境等潜在风险，我司特此重申在提单确认件中需体现具体商品属性/公司信息，严禁使用笼统商品名称单独作为该类商品的申报名称，具体请参考附件海关禁用清单。

Please contact your clients to make sure comply with the CustomsRegulation. It is mandatory and extremely important for Short description andCargo Description to read the exact same commodity. We will follow up your SIrequest directly and any incorrect data will cause extra cost orresponsibility, which is on customers’ liability. We willnot verify with customer at SI stage.

请各订舱代理详阅附件中的指引，按欧盟海关要求提交提单补料。另请务必注意，提单补料上短品名与货物描述需保持一致以确保申报信息的正确性。我司将继续完全按照各代理所提供的提单确认件直接录入舱单并签发提单，不再另行与代理确认，若因信息不符合欧盟海关要求引发的提单/舱单修改、滞箱费、罚金等衍生问题，贵司需自行承担相关责任以及费用。
