According toAgriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department, HK SAR (AFCD), consignmentof pesticides to be imported, exported or transshipped in Hong Kong must becovered by an Import and/or Export Licence issued by AFCD.

Import / Export /Transhipment License approval must be done beforecargo loading at POL.

请注意：

根据香港特别行政区渔农自然护理署的最新规定，在香港进口、出口或中转的如下所列货物，必须在起运港船开前向香港渔农自然护理署（AFCD）进行申请进出口或转运许可证并完成申领工作。

如未持有AFCD签发的有效许可证，货物将无法在香港卸货或中转，产生的费用将由客户承担。

Cargo related to pesticides:

• HS code start with “3808”; or

• Cargo name related to Pesticide, such as     Pesticide / insecticide / fungicide / herbicide / acaricide /     rodenticides.

涉及货物类别:

• HS代码以“3808”开头；或

• 包括但不限于与农药相关的货物名称，如农药/杀虫剂/杀菌剂/除草剂/杀螨剂/灭鼠剂等。
