Please advise theshippers to complete the ownership transfer of cargo listed under “to Order” Bills of Lading atleast four (4) days prior to the vessel's arrival at the port of Kenya andchange final receiver on bl to ensure the manifest data for the cargo isupdated prior submission to Kenya customs department.

为确保货物在肯尼亚顺利清关，托运人务必在船舶抵达肯尼亚港前至少4天完成“指示”提单所列货物的所有权转让并将提单上CNEE 更改为实际最终收货人信息，以确保目的港MSC在提交给肯尼亚海关部门之前更新舱单信息。

Failureto meet this deadline , a late manifest amendment is requested to submitted byMSC Kenya to the local authorities at the shipper’s expense.

如未能按时完成，需经由目的港MSC向当地政府提交逾期舱单修改申请，费用由托运人承担, 同时需要以下文件：

The followingdocuments will be necessary:

1. A Letter ofIndemnity from the shipper to customs

2. A Letter ofIndemnity from the consignee to customs

3. A letter from thebank confirming the endorsement on the OBL, if applicable

4. A manifestcorrector

Please note that afee of USD 200.00 will be charged for this process.
