非危化工品资料要求(Non-DG Chemicals documents requirements )
a．MSDS要求英文版，客户抬头纸或加盖客户公章(MSDS in English format with manufactory’sheaded paper or stamp)
b．权威机构出具的鉴定报告扫描件(scan copy of Certification for Safe Transport of Chemical Goodsissued by Authoritative Organization )
c．非危保函加盖发货人和订舱代理章，PDF格式，保函内必须声明客户已了解发货港，中转港，卸货港法律，并保证该票货物在以上各港口的法律内均被认定为非危化工品。(Letter of Indemnity for Non-DG Chemicals with shipper and bookingagent’s stamp(PDF format). The LOI must announce thatthe client guarantee this commodity is defined as Non-dg cargo by the laws ofthe POL, POD and FDE.)
d．确保MSDS & 鉴定报告的一致性，MSDS上的supplier details / manufacturer 应该跟鉴定报告上的生产厂家一致（Make sure theconsistency of MSDS and Certification ）
e．对于BCO 制冷剂客户(冰箱，空调)，分批次出运相同非危化工品货物的，为提高效率，方便客户，可以要求客户一次性提供MSDS、鉴定报告和非危保函。经市场部甄别有效后，留底存档并生成非危化工品货物备案号，并告知客户。备案号有效期与鉴定报告有效期相同，如过期，需重新备案。BCO制冷剂客户订舱时只需要提供有效期内的备案号，而无需重复提供相关资料（Topromote working efficiency, BCO refrigerant clients（refrigerator,air-condition） can one-time offer MSDS, Certificationfor Safe Transport and Letter of Indemnity for Non-DG Chemicals. Afterverification, HMM marketing team should file these documents and create afiling No. for BCO clients. The filing No. period of validity depends on theperiod of validity of Certification for Safe Transport. When BCO refrigerant clientsmake booking for Non-dg cargo, they only need to provide valid filing No., noneed to offer full set of documents case by case.）.
pls info all clients above non-dg regulation in your area. Thisregulation will go into effect on 20220501.
