请注意：根据总部通知，即日起，对于我司承接的全航线货物，严禁在订舱（SO）和提单补料（SI）中的短货描栏单独使用附件中的禁用词汇作为货物品名的表述。且短货描栏与货物描述栏中核心品名的描述需保持一致。

We kindly requestall agents to adhere to the above requirements when submitting bookinginformation, shipping instruction, and conducting EU ICS2 declarations online(including third-party platforms and myMSC.com). It is essential to providenecessary guidance and explanations to your clients to ensure the accuracy andtimeliness of customs manifest transmission and EU ICS2 declarations.

请各代理操作同事务必按上述要求提交订舱信息、提单补料和进行网上（包括第三方平台和myMSC.com平台）欧盟ICS2申报，适时给予贵司客户必要的指导和说明，以确保海关舱单传输和欧盟ICS2申报的准确性、及时性。

From the date of this notice, we will not notify the list of updates one by one. Please take the initiativeto visit the following official website regularly to check the latest versionof the information and submit the SI according to the EU customs requirements.We will follow up your SI request directly and any incorrect data will causeextra cost or responsibility, which is on customers’ liability. We will notverify with customer at SI stage.

自本通知发出之日起， 我司将不再逐一通知清单更新情况。请各订舱代理主动定期访问以下官方网站查询最新版本信息并按欧盟海关要求提交提单补料。我司将继续完全按照各代理所提供的提单确认件直接录入舱单并签发提单，不再另行与代理确认，若因信息不符合欧盟海关要求引发的提单/舱单修改、滞箱费、罚金等衍生问题，贵司需自行承担相关责任以及费用。
