The Low Sulfur Surcharge (LSF) is applicable asfollows:
Except as provided, all cargo moving under service contracts or tariffrates governed by this tariff shall be
subject to following Low Sulfur Surcharge as freighted. All shipments willbe subject to a minimum of one revenue ton.
