Dear Customers,
We aredelighted to announce that our standalone East/West network services will beenhanced with additional port calls to optimize our Asia to Europe, US andCanada connectivity. This latest update is part of our continued commitment tooffer an expansive ocean freight network and provide our customers with agreater choice of direct port pair connections coupled with competitive transittimes.
Our standaloneEast/West network set to commence February 2025 will be enhanced with thefollowing adjustments for our Asia to Europe, US and Canada trades:
? MSC’sMustang service connecting Asia to the Northwest US and Canada will be added toour East/West network. The new rotation will be Xiamen – Yantian – Ningbo –Shanghai – Busan – Seattle – Vancouver – Portland – Busan.
? Greaterconnectivity for Asia to US and Canada trade with added calls in Vung Tauand Haiphong Vietnam on our Pearl and Chinook services.
? Asia toEurope trade network will be enhanced with added calls in Nansha on our Lionand Dragon services. Moreover, our Swan-Sentosa service will adda call in Yantian westbound and will also now include a direct call toJapan via Yokohama in place of Busan.
? A Westboundcall in Busan will be added to our Orient and Lonestar services connectingUS West and East Coast trade to Asia respectively.
? Our Jadeservice connecting Asia and Europe trade will now feature a call in Vizhinjam Indiabefore sailing to the Mediterranean.
? Our Dragonservice will reshuffle Colombo with Vizhinjam on the eastbound leg.
? A call in Colombowill be added to our Britannia service connecting trade between Asia andNorth Europe. Furthermore, Colombo will be added to our America service eastboundfrom US East Coast back to Asia.
? Our Albatrossservice will now feature two calls in the UK – London Gateway will be addedafter Felixstowe – Felixstowe will remain the first call in Europe from Asia.
Today’s latest2025 East/West network update and its options will not impact the tonnage ordeployment for any other routes provided by MSC globally.
Our standaloneEast/West network in addition to our existing Asia export services will provideunmatched continental trade connectivity with Asia through a vast array ofloops, competitive transit times and a high frequency of direct port calls.
