MSC NOTICE --- ACI implementing (Advance Cargo Information System) for Libya
This is to inform you that the ACIsystem will be launched and enforced to all goods offloaded at the Libyanports with effective from ( 01/11/2024). And the customer must obtain the ACInumber before the shipping process through the systemaci.customs.gov.ly .Hence, from now on ACI number will be mandatory toprovide at SO and SI stage. Failing on such requirement, all responsibility orrisk will be on your account.
据目的港利比亚海关要求（如附件）: 自 2024 年 11 月 1 日起，将正式实施 ACI 系统，所有在利比亚港口卸载的货物必须在装运前获取 ACI 编号，且需要显示在提单和舱单中。进一步信息可查阅aci.customs.gov.ly。
因此即日起所有运至利比亚的货物需在订舱及提单补料阶段提供ACI号码。若未能遵循此要求而产生的风险责任将由贵司自行承担。
ACI number Must be shown on cargodescription：
提单品名栏需显示ACI 号码 (如下图所示)：ACI NUMBER:12345
拓展栏位必须提供：CUSTOMS NUMBER/REFERENCE:ACI:12345
