Remark :
If the final destination of the shipmentis Afghanistan via Pakistan, the above banned commodities are acceptable,
subject to adding ‘In Transit Clause’ onthe B/L (“Cargo is IN TRANSIT TO Afghanistan (a location name that is not
the same with the location name on thePVY column of the B/L) at the consignee’s own account and risks, liner’s
responsibility ceases at Pakistan (inputPVY location name of the B/L)”).
