Shanghai MSA will update dg declaration process from 20211215.

pls info all clients this important notice. The most important change is MSA request shippers to upload vanning photos when they submit dg declaration on-line. It means all shipper must finish vanning job when they submit declaration.

Pls reminder clients to re-schedule time point of cntrs picking up.
