Please take note that the new Import regulation in EGYPT (Advanced CargoInformation ACI) will start 1^st July 2021 – Departure date fromPOL .

埃及新规将自开船日7月1日起正式实施，我司重申以下要求并请各代理务必在SI阶段提供正确信息。

As areminder, pls kindly note below updates and go into effect.

• Shipper has to advise ACID     number on booking level(SO) as to be mentioned on all shipping     documents thereafter.(for ex:     4988470982020120017)

1.Must match with that on SI. If any amendment on ACID number pls checkwith booking team and local DOC team case by case. Notallow to revisethe number on SI directly.

2.In case of combine request,  pls combine into the minimum bookingNo. to avoid any discrepancy on ACID between SO & SI.

发货人应在订舱阶段提供ACID号码并后续将应用于所有货运单据。

1) 该号码SO与SI阶段必须保持一致，不允许在SI阶段直接更改，如需更改请与订舱部及当地文件部单票确认，否则我司将以SO阶段的ACID为准。

2) 如涉及并单，请务必以最小关单号为主票以避免订舱号与ACID不匹配，我司将以发送SI的订舱号在SO阶段提供的ACID为准。

• All shipping documents     should mention the ACID number for cargo to Egypt & Exporter Registration Number & identification     numbers (TAX ID) of cnee & notify on the BL. (for     ex: US-02-1208614364)

所有进口至埃及的货运单据应显示ACID号码及提单上显示发货人的出口商注册号及收货人通知人的税号。

• 10-digit HS code required to be manifested

必须提供10位海关编码。
