近期大家有對我司週日CP2掛港碼頭部分的一些咨詢，如下也有進行羅列，我們regular cp2是掛PCT碼頭，先前開的加班船是掛WBCT碼頭，請參考，tks

PCT –

Appointment Solutions

• There are appointments available for every import container within thefree time.

• If a container is unavailable (delayed) free time will be extended by 4days from the day it goes into the available trans area

• PCT is extending the appointment allocation window from 24 to 48 hoursprior to availability

• If enough truckers take advantage of appointments, PCT will be open 2^ndshift Friday 12/14 to make more appointments available

• PCT will under no circumstances extend free time or exempt appointmentsif truckers do not make appointments or miss appointments

  
  

Issues

• PCT is seeing 300-400 missed or unused appointments during the firstcouple days of free time.

• Most truckers are receiving DOs from customers on or after vesselarrival and only want, or can plan for, pickups in the last day or two of freetime

• Due to volume, staff is inundated with thousands of emails from linersand are doing their best to respond

• PCT, being a small terminal, can only make so many on-dock unitsavailable at any one time, or can send limited amounts of imports to Shipper’sTransport

PCT is trying to make some improvements asmentioned above. They’ll adjust LFD based on updated availability, offeranother day in advance for appointment bookings and will open an extra shiftthis week. Truckers will need to take what appointments are available.

WBCT –

Appointment Solutions

• WBCT has many fewer appointments available due to the extra volume, butevery import container will have an appointment within the free time

• WBCT will extend LFD or exempt appointments for legitimate issues, butnot for missed or unused appointments

• WBCT is open for another full service gate on Saturday 12/14 to helpwith the backlog.

• WBCT will directly work with truckers who reach out to them withappointment issues within the free time to find a pick up solution

Issues

• WBCT is severely short of chassis and this has caused delays in importpickups. We’re sending more empties to WBCT to help.

• An additional extra loader this week is adding to the issue

• Truckers are encouraged to bring their own chassis for pick-ups (EQC isallowing diversions to help)

WBCT will open an extra shift on Saturday12/15, will communicate with truckers directly to help them find availableappointment times, and extend LDF or create exemptions for legitimate issues.
