Descriptionis specifically emphasized and precise detail is a must for IGM (Import

GeneralManifest). We appreciate your kind cooperation and support to submit

timely,complete and accurate Shipping Instruction before vessel sailing from Port of

Loading(any local SI Cut off times based on customs regulation are prevailing).

1. B/L NUMBER & DATE

2. VESSEL DETAILS

3. SHIPPER DETAILS

4. CONSIGNEE DETAILS (including Import& export Code (IEC) & GST Identification No

(GSTIN) & Official email id ofimporter)

5. CARGO DESCRIPTION WITH DETAILS (GENERIC WORDSARE RESTRICTED, e.g

General cargo, Miscellaneous item, Householdgoods, Tools, Abbreviation etc)

6. NUMBER OF PACKAGES

7. KIND OF PACKING

8. CARGO WEIGHT
