根据科特迪瓦代理反馈，科特迪瓦将于7月16日（起运日）起开始执行一项货物检验政策，所有去科特迪瓦的货物，需要客户在起运港通过科特迪瓦政府指定的检验机构获得合格证（Certificateof Conformity），该合格证将用于科特迪瓦目的港清关，如客户未能提供该合格证，货物抵达目的港后可能会被海关拒绝并处以罚金。根据目前掌握的信息，该政策主要还是针对客户端，目前不涉及船公司的各项操作。建议各位提醒主要西非客户这一政策的施行。贸易区会随时向各位更新情况，如有疑问，请第一时间联系贸易区。

TheGovernment of C？te d'Ivoire has implemented a Verification of ConformityProgram for all goods imported in C？te d'Ivoire. We wish to reminds customersabout this new policy in C？te d'Ivoire. The failure to comply may lead tore-shipment of the container and penalties, which shall be borne by customersaccordingly. Please relay this message to all parties concerned. Your kindcooperation will be highly appreciated.

COSCO SHIPPING reminds its customers that the Government ofC？te d'Ivoire has implemented a Verification of Conformity Program for allgoods imported in C？te d'Ivoire.
The implementation date is for all the shipments from16/7/18 (bl date). Shipments loaded after this date must be accompanied by a Certificate of Conformity, whichmust be obtained at port of loading. This certificate is required for Customsclearance in Ivorian destination and arriving without this certificate will berejected by Customs and penalties will be applied.
The Certificate of Conformity must be obtained by theShipper prior loading by contacting one of the following 4 organisms appointedby the Ivorian Ministry of Commerce:

？ Intertek International Limited
？ SGSSociete de surveillance SA
