Dear Customers,


As a result of the challenging operating environment forbusiness on the Transpacific trade, MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company S.A.has, together with our alliance partner Maersk Line, decided to suspend theEAGLE service, effective voyage 826N, and until further notice.


The following standard contingency plan will allow you tocontinue to place your MSC bookings with limited disruption to your cargoflows:


                                      WEEK 27 (WITH DEPARTURE FROM BUSAN 4 JULY) AND ONWARDS


·Effective voyage 826N, cargo originally intendedto be loaded on the EAGLE service, will be covered by our MAPLE service

·The MAPLE service will replace its Prince Rupertand Vancouver rotation with calls at Vancouver and Seattle

·A new call at Prince Rupert will be added to ourORIENT service, offering a direct service from Xingang, Qingdao and Busan toPrince Rupert and the hinterland

·The current Ningbo call on theORIENT will be replaced with a Ningbo call on our JAGUAR product, offering anundisrupted service to Long Beach and Oakland
