fax DG loading documents including copy of Original Dangerous Goods Declaration (DGD) (form and sample as attached 2 & 3) / Declaration on Safety and Fitness of Dangerous of Goods copy (货申报复印件) / IMDG container packing certificate copy (集装箱装运危险货物装箱证明书复印件) to 021-68861584or scan to CN177-shacsdg@msc.comby email.
for UN2211/Class9 only, the Shipper(Consignor) provides MSC with the attached certificate duly completed, dated and signed on company letterhead
as Ningbo MSA requests MSDS for all DG units including transit goods, so pls provide MSDS if your DG bkgs on below vessels which in yellow highline (vessel to berth Ningbo port after Shanghai) 由于宁波港海事局要求所有途经宁波港（包括仅过境不转船）的危险品货柜必须提供MSDS，所以以下凡用黄色标注的船舶，请在提供上述危险品资料时一并提供有效的MSDS文件。
MSDS in Portuguese is required for all DG units which is booked to any Brazilian ports.
