Dear all valued clients,

This is to inform that BOTH of b/m 2 documentation must be sent to MSC Sha before below mentioned deadline for subject vessel:

  1. send container list ( E-COPY ) to CN177-MSCSHADGCNTRLIST@msc.com (form as attached 1) and standard the Email Subject as below requested:

MSC DG Container list  - Vessel name: XXXXX – Booking no.: XXXXXXX – BL no.: MSCUXXXXXX

( 例如:MSC DG Container list  - Vessel name:MSC Bilbao S711R – Booking no.: FMSCTEDGS00001 – BL no.: MSCUS0000001)

  1. fax DG loading documents including copy of Original Dangerous Goods Declaration (DGD) (form and sample as attached 2 & 3) / Declaration on Safety and Fitness of Dangerous of Goods copy (货申报复印件) / IMDG container packing certificate copy (集装箱装运危险货物装箱证明书复印件) to 021-68861584or scan to CN177-shacsdg@msc.comby email.

  1. for UN2211/Class9 only, the Shipper(Consignor) provides MSC with the attached certificate duly completed, dated and signed on company letterhead

  1. as Ningbo MSA requests MSDS for all DG units including transit goods, so pls provide MSDS if your DG bkgs on below vessels which in yellow highline (vessel to berth Ningbo port after Shanghai) 由于宁波港海事局要求所有途经宁波港(包括仅过境不转船)的危险品货柜必须提供MSDS所以以下凡用黄色标注的船舶,请在提供上述危险品资料时一并提供有效的MSDS文件。

  1. MSDS in Portuguese is required for all DG units which is booked to any Brazilian ports.

It is emphasis again that above deadline are for DG cntr list submission only, for those DG Bkgs which need AMS/ENS transmission as well, pls alsostrict comply with the announced deadline for US / Mexico / Euro customs filing.

(Pls kindly note, these AMS/ENS transmission are earlier than our DG cntr list submission generally)

Remark:

    1. Ensure all the container/seal no. shown on container list ( E-COPY ) are consistent with those shown on paper copy of Original Dangerous Goods Declaration (DGD).

    1. The DG stuffing company information shown on Container Packing Certificate & Dangerous Goods Declaration (DGD), Column 20 must be consistent with the DG stuffing information which provided via EDI upon booking stage and ensure all the information declared on DG loading documents are clear to read and correct as well as the company stamp. (请确保在集装箱装运危险货物装箱证明书上的以及DGD20项的危险品装箱单位的信息与订舱时通过EDI提供的危险品装箱单位的信息(DG Stuffing information)一致。确保所填的内容准确无误并且盖章清晰)

    1. For original Declaration on Safety and Fitness of Dangerous of Goods (货申报正本件), please check with LINDO website or contact to Mr.Tao Hailong ( 021-61041053) for the submission deadline.

    1. For all late coming container list & DG loading documents and any DG information be discrepancy with its booking application, the cargo will be rejected on board accordingly.

    1. Besides for sending MSC DG container list as above mentioned, for those DG cargos which need AMS/ENS transmission as well, please ensure to high comply with the announced deadline for US / Mexico / Euro customs filing transmission purpose.

    1. It is emphasize that “it will be subject to carrier’s decision to load onboard or not and stow under option for the later coming container (deliver either Laden or Dock Receipt to terminal or customs releasing after closing time)” for DG shpt.

Meanwhile, it is required to drop us a mail in advance which including the probable delivery time to see operation feasibility, in case of any late-coming foreseen.

Please ensure to inform all your clients to follow up accordingly. If it is not for you, please relay to the right person to follow up.
